FAQ
Questions we hear every day
How often should I have an eye exam?
Every two years for most adults, and every year for children, over-65s, or anyone with diabetes or a family history of glaucoma.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us, and we’ll refer you to an ophthalmologist if your eyes need specialist care.
Can I bring my own frames?
Yes. We’re happy to fit new lenses to frames you already own, as long as they’re in good condition.
How long do new glasses take?
Most single-vision glasses are ready in three working days. Multifocals usually take a week to ten days.
